When will my order ship? After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 1700 hours GMT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 1700 hours GMT on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
-
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the pound sterling amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Patrolman cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Why was my order cancelled? If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that your fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. Do you offer engraving? We offer to engrave your new Enforcer watch with your badge number or name prior to shipment. (This is only on our flagship models) This is at a small additional charge of £20 and is completed to a very high standard through our third pary engraving company. Simply add your chosen watch to the basket and then add 'Have your collar number engraved on the watch'. We also provide the key information below of exactly what to tell any professional engraver, should you wish to have this done at a later date. Take your watch to a reputable engraving company (check reviews) and make sure that they use a CAD orientated engraving machine. (Computer rather than hand engraving) Specify font type as 'Helvetica 2 Line Light' at 2.5mm sizing. We recommend upto a maxiumum of 7-8 characters to fit comfortably on the back casing. A professional engraving service should cost you no more than £20-30. * Our Enforcer watches are protected with a PVD coating. If the engraver were to cut too deeply into the metal, it would expose the stainless colour underneath, which detracts from the overall look. To avoid this, simply advise the engraver not to engrave too deeply initially. *

What type of movement do Patrolman use?We use Japanese Miyota Quartz movements in our Enforcer wristwatches- it's tried, tested and has a proven track record in many big brand watches.
-
Are Patrolman watches waterproof? Our Enforcer watches have a 10ATM rating and can be taken swimming at the surface or snorkeling at a shallow depth, but cannot be taken SCUBA diving. The watch should NEVER be adjusted underwater, doing so would allow the waterproof seals to be breached and cause extensive damage to the watch internals. Our digital watches have a 5ATM rating, suitable for showering and light water usage. As with the Enforcer, the Responder watch should NEVER be adjusted underwater, doing so would allow the waterproof seals to be breached and cause extensive damage to the watch internals.
-
What type of leather is used? Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather and feature unique touches associated to out brand. The leather will soften up with use and with time will mould to your wrist for superior comfort.
-
What is the glass made of?Our Enforcer features a sapphire crystal, built into a recessed lip for optimal resilience.
-
Is there a warranty?Patrolman has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects on all Enforcer watches for 12 months after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. All digital watches also carry a 6 month warranty, covering similar manufacturer defects. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site, the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized Patrolman dealer.
-
What type of battery is used in the Enforcer? The batteries for our Enforcer watches are SONY SR626SW. These batteries should last for upto 3 years, replacement batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewellery shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweller should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.

How do I adjust the time on an Enforcer?Simply pull out the crown with your index finger and thumb on the right side of the watch body. This does not require a lot of pressure to release the seal, so do not use excessive force- you will know when the crown has been released as the minute hand will stop ticking. Once the crown is fully out, rotate the crown clockwise to set the new time. Easy!
-
How do I adjust my digital watch? Our digitial watches share the same internal movement. TO ENLARGE IMAGE SIMPLY RIGHT CLICK, 'VIEW IMAGE'
-
How do I adjust the day/ date function?Simply pull the crown out halfway with your index finger and thumb. As with adjusting the time, this does not need a great deal of pressure to release the seal- so do not use excessive force. To set the day window, rotate the crown in a clockwise direction, (This will then tick over to the next week day, going between English and Spanish modes for each day) To set the date window, simply rotate the crown in reverse (anti-clockwise) to cycle through the numbers between 1-31.
-
Day/date function won't tick over...The MIYOTA movement may occasionally stick on the day or date function, when adjusting the date. This is common on many Quartz watches and is very easy to resolve. Simply pull the crown out fully and adjust the time forward a full 24 hours on the watch face (by rotating the crown clockwise). This will tick over to a new day on the day/date window. This should free up the movement and allow normal operation. Push the crown back in halfway to continue with day/date adjustment.
-
How do I change the watch straps? The Enforcer includes a custom 22mm leather strap. This strap has quick release spring bars for ease of removal. To swap a strap over, simply pull the mini lever on the strap nearest the watch and this will release the strap from its lug lock. If fitting a Patrolman NATO strap, this requires 2x conventional 22mm spring bars. These are readily available online or in a watch shop and should be fitted to the watch's lugs. Once the spring bars are attached to the watch body, simply thread the NATO through the space between the watch and the spring bars.
-
Why is there a gap between the bezel and the sapphire crystal? The Enforcer watch has been designed with duty work in mind and the volatile situations that may be faced. As such, we have purposely designed the sapphire crystal to be recessed into the watch bezel for additional protection, meaning that should your watch hit off the floor or wall during a violent arrest- the bezel will take the brunt of the hit and not the glass.
